Pink Floyd is a plant that is better cultivated indoors for most potential growers and, being a Haze hybrid, it is not really the sort of strain, to begin with as it is recommended for more experienced growers who wish to step things up a notch with something trickier but ultimately more rewarding in terms of flavour and effect. Most phenos will take 10 - 12 weeks to finish flowering although it's possible to find some phenos that will be a week or so quicker. Expect a yield of 500 gr/m2 under 600 watt lights.
To cultivate Pink Floyd successfully outdoors growers really need to set the controls for the heart of the sun meaning pretty low latitudes as this beautiful weed plant won't be ready to harvest until late November or even early December (June in the southern hemisphere). Even then unless grown in sub-tropical regions it will need a greenhouse complete with shades to exclude light totally and thus allow a correct flowering process. Average outdoor yields would be 500 gr/plant but at least one pheno has the potential to be a monster of a plant and this will be more likely to be realised when planted directly in the ground. Come harvest time we advise you to be careful with that axe Eugene.
The overwhelming olfactory and palatal character of this marijuana strain is fruit and bags of it. Tropical fruits, berries, citrus, you name it, it's here. The effect is very uplifting giving a very happy feeling with a slight body stone. Light one of these up and you'll soon be obscured by clouds of smoke taking you higher.
